- We will do everything possible to attempt to collect rent from the resident, but in cases where they cannot pay, come up with an acceptable payment plan, or refuse to communicate with us, we will file a rent and possession case with the courts.
- Personally attend and testify at all rent and possession / unlawful detainer trials
- Charge 2x the rent in holdover eviction cases
- Handling of all other steps in the eviction proceedings (as necessary)
